Selection Process:
In Hexaware Technologies Ltd.’s interview experience, all rounds mentioned below are elimination rounds.
1. Resume Shortlisting
2. Aptitude Test
3. Communication Test
4. Technical Interview
5. HR Interview
Resume Shortlisting:
Basically, the candidates shortlisting would be done on the basis of their academic eligibility criteria which are mentioned below-
1. Class X – 60%
2. Class XII – 60%
3. UG – 60% (with no active backlogs)
Aptitude Test:
1. Quantitative Section
2. Reasoning Section
3. Verbal Section
4. Technical MCQs
Communication Test:
1. Vocabulary
2. Fluency
3. Pronunciation
4. Story Telling
Technical Interview:
The technical interview was about 10-15 minutes. The interviewer will ask simple technical questions(i.e., DBMS, OS, DSA, CN, SE, etc.). And some logical coding problems but not necessary. It totally depends on the interviewer. If shortlisted from this round, the candidate should have appeared for the last round of interviews, the HR round.
HR Interview:
This is the last round of the selection process for Hexaware Technologies Ltd. It was about 5-10 minutes. In this round, the interviewer mainly asks about the acceptance of the service agreement and relocation from the candidate. It is one of the easiest interview round.
